A.  Treviso Bay Coach Home II HOA– VP/Secretary (Jan 2018 - Present): Participate in ensuring that CHII operations are in accordance with its bylaws and its allocated operating budgets. Responsible for creation of CHII Quarterly Reports. The following are the Quarterly Reports that I have created since I have become part Treviso Bay Coach Home II Association:

 

 

B.  Treviso Bay Master HOA Turnover (Jan 2018 – Present):

  • Steering Committee – Treasurer: Responsible for AR (collection of the funds generated during the TB Master HOA Turnover Inc fundraising period), recognition of donors at TB Monthly Newsletters and E-blasts, and AP (processing the payments of the invoices submitted by law firms, engineering companies, etc.). The following is an example of TB Donors' List: 

 

  • Communications-IT Committee – Chair: Responsible for analysis and evaluation of TB’s current IT facilities, the design of a new fully integrated TB IT facility. I am currently working with TB Golf Board in development of ONE website for Treviso Bay. I am also currently working with TB Operations Committee on study and recommendation of a more cost-effective communications facility for Treviso Bay.

      

      The following are the reports I have created to present in various committee meetings and to be published

as part of Steering Committee Updates:

 

  • Food and Beverage Committee - Member: Studied the current TB Food and Bev software system (IBS) to determine the causes of its frequent software crashes leading to TB members’ dissatisfaction with F&B service

C.  Folds of Honors - Volunteer: "Folds of Honor Golf Classics", this fundraising event was organized by Treviso Bay Golf Club on July 4th, 2018. I participated as volunteer for the preparations for the event as well as a volunteer on the event day.
